Returns & Exchanges for Clothing

Due to the handmade nature of general items, full returns are not welcome.
Exchanges are only applicable if error is in part of the creator during production.
Exchanges are never applicable if error is due to purchaser. One seamstress creates all custom pieces.
Exchanges: If error is due to creator, an exchange is welcome 7 days or less, upon receiving your item. Over 7 days voids your exchange. Please contact immediately.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Paypal is your Order Confirmation.
Paypal systems will send an email upon shipment of your delights.
Be sure your information is updated.
If purchased without an account and only a credit card, you may not be able to login to view receipt information. Info tracking emails are sent to the one provided.


Return Policy for Gnar Hoops

Hoops are nonrefundable, and can not be returned without authorization from B. 

Exchange Policy for Gnar Hoops


Exchanges are applicable if you receive the wrong item. Wrong item means you were sent an item that does not match the listing item you specifically purchased. You are responsible if you purchase an item that you did not intend to. Alteration of an order, if you decide to change your mind on an item detail after ordering, is unlikely to occur. If your item is too far along into production or is about to ship, it is not available to alter your order in any way. Unclear of an item detail? Just ask :)


If an exchange is implemented, you must make your Shipment in 7 days time or less, or the Exchange is Void. Your shipping will be supplemented up to $6.

Breezi is responsible for creating the correct item(s) you desire per your Order Information.


Buyers are responsible for selecting appropriate Shipping Options, Sizes, Fabric options, Tape, and Further custom order specifications. You are responsible for supplying accurate information, both within your Order and of your Shipping Address.
